Are there weight guidelines?

Our classes are for females weighing between 90 and 250 lbs.

Are there men's hours?

HighFly is an only women's dance studio.

What do I need to bring?

High traction running sneakers, gymwear and water. (Yup, that’s it!)

Is there Jewish music?

Only Jewish lyrical music is played.

Why do I need to arrive 15 minutes prior to class?

Getting hooked in takes a couple minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to leave ample time for check in and hook in.

What can I expect when I get there?

First you’ll sign a waiver (insurance & all that), then you’ll change into the provided attire. Privately, you’ll step onto a scale to determine how many cords are needed. You’ll strap into the harness and cords, and you’re all ready to begin your flight!

Is this really safe?

Absolutely! We use only premium GoldLineⓇ equipment, made from 100% rubber. That’s the strongest possible stuff! Also, our cords are inspected for up to 650 lbs. That’s more than double the recommended weight limit!

Is it actually for weight loss?

While we mainly have fun, participants can expect to burn 300 to 800 calories per class. 

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 3 hours prior to your booking.

Can I bring my baby/children?

To ensure safety, children are not allowed inside the gym and workout areas.
